    3/26/2024 7:00:00 PM

    6:00 pm

On March 26th at 6:00pm and 7:00pm the Alliance will be meeting with two different developers wanting to build multi-family communities on Marine Creek Parkway. The meeting will be at the EMSISD admin building located at 1600 Mustang Rock Road, behind Marine Creek Middle School. We encourage you to attend and participate in the discussion.

Also, we attended the Fort Worth City Council Meeting on Tuesday night. We appreciate the support of Councilmembers Hill and Flores for our area. The council denied the zoning request on the curve of Bowman Roberts with prejudice. It was made clear that the road would need to be improved before any development would be allowed on that land. I have also attached a resolution that was passed regarding the Bonds Ranch area. We will also discuss this at our meeting next week.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Our next meeting has been scheduled for February 27th, 2023 at 6pm at the EMSISD Admin building located behind Marine Creek Middle School at 1600 Mustang Rock Road. We will be electing officers, voting to change the boundaries of the alliance and officially adopting some neighborhoods into our organization.

Please pass on this information to your community leaders and anyone interested in assisting us. Our organization was formed to help improve Northwest Fort Worth and assist with city, county and state issues affecting our area. Officers of the Alliance are volunteer positions. The alliance has assisted with many issues in this area and has developed a strong, respected voice with many officials. We are hopeful more communities and individuals will join us to make our voice even stronger.

If you would like to run for an officer position please email President@NWFortWorthAlliance.com no later than February 24th. Additionally, please reach out with any questions or comments anytime. Thank you!
